Ώ-lipoic acid 2
A glass of fruit juice for breakfast, had lunch with my employees while we held a meeting and dinner time was late at night, also while having some meetings.
I could not change my life pattern but I changed what I take as a meal to a glass of fruit juice and amount I ate to less than moderate amount. I earnestly started taking a series of enzyme supplements I had subscribed so far other than the Ώ-lipoic acid supplement eBurnf.
Then, interestingly some change to my weight gradually started to appear. But the especial rice cakef on my belly was still there, large.
After a month, not my weight but the hole of my belt was changed. It was only 1 to 2 cm reduction of my waist size but I was very happy with it!
Isnft it a success of Ώ-lipoic acid prescription!?
But the special rice cake I saw in the bath did not show any change and my weight was reduced by only 2`3kgc.
This is however, theoretically good progress considering the conditions of customers I gave advises to so far.
In the second month, I felt the special rice cake on my belly a bit tinierc.
The position of the hole of my belt had been changed by two and my jacket became loose.
Early in the second month, there were some changes and my weight became 80kg to 70kg at last!!
