Eat less than moderate amount!
First of all, unhealthy eating habit needed to be changed and is easy thing to start.
‘Eat moderate amount’ is the words for the people who have no health problems.
What I know from many years of the experience of counseling is that people on a diet should start from restriction of the amount they eat to less than ‘moderate amount’ and it is very effective.
If you are over weight or metabolic syndrome, reducing amount of food you eat is the first thing you need to do before you care about the nutrient balance and calorie intake.
People who need to be on diet eat more than they need to eat and this is the basic cause of their obesity.
Chew adequately before you swallow!!
I did not give much attention to ‘chewing’. However, conscious chewing can be a definite stimulus for the satiety center. Amount of food going into your mouth should be reduced to the 70% of the amount you usually take in one go and chew adequately before you swallow.
You should have next go only when your mouth is totally empty!
Chew adequately and finish the food in your mouth completely before you carry next food to your mouth. This is important too.
Take proper supplements properly!
