Metabolic syndrome ? the regular army3
What was different basically, from the undergraduate days was the amount of exercise I had.
Although I did not exercise hard, I walked regularly and I did not have to work quietly at a desk for 8 long hours in my undergraduate days.
Eat proper amount of breakfast
Eat proper amount of lunch
Eat proper amount of dinner
I, as a freshman, had spent time in the same place like a broiler chicken and the metabolic constitution was programmed into my body at the Tokyo branch and then I moved to Hachioji branch when the training course was finished.
My height had been 178cm and I had weighed 55kg. To my surprise, I grew up to a fine 178cm-tall worker who weighs 70kg.
I gained 15kg in two months.
I feel that a 15kg of package is heavy but I did not feel the 15kg of extra weight of my body so heavy. So I did not think I had to be on a diet.
As my home is in Hachioji, working for the Hachioji branch made my time in the mornings easier.
The Hachioji branch which was in the building of a local bank had no its own cafeteria so the Sushi restaurant nearby was designated as the firmfs cafeteria.
Sometimes Sashimi was on the menu but almost all the time fried food and delicious rice were what I got at the lunch time there.
The time has come to become a member of the regular army of the metabolic syndrome.
